Jomax Peak - Barkada Getaway | Ph 2018

June 15, 2018

Barkada Getaway!
It was a success that we finally had a chance to meet again after 2 years. Each of us has our own busy life now and meeting up is rare. Planning was really difficult since we don't know if we can assure everyone can join on the date. One must make sure that the date is reserved so others will just follow. It was a fun experience that on the date, we finally met. I guess giving time sometimes isn't hard as long as each of you is willing to do so. I hope that it'll be not the last chance we can meet.

We chose Jomax Peak to get away from the buzzing city noise and to unwind. We know we can't just unwind because there's a lot to catch up. We reserved an overnight camp for Php1,000.00 and Php200.00 for extra person. Inquire for the available Tent & Tent Map days before of your trip. Payment is on your arrival. You can check their Facebook page for more info.

Side trips: The Ruins, DSB Pine Tree & Lion Statue

A nice view to relax with your someone. Well, I can appreciate the nature by just standing on this position since I'm alone. Hahah

We stayed here while waiting for our tent.
We spent the night here also catching up.

Looks like someone didn't bring her tee shirt. It's fine Doreen since this is your special day.

Overnight Camp
This tent is good for 3-4 persons.

Use of Swimming pool is included.

Amenities:
Coffee
(Unlimited Coffee. Yep. 😉)

Wash Area & Grill Area

Bathroom & Comfort Room

Note: Water is very cold. There is also for men.
I like their comfort room which is minimalist style.

Food:
Terraza Cafe

Note: No corkage. You can bring your own food. They have grilled area also.
We asked one of their staffs to buy us Dinner which costs Php90.00 per head and that includes the delivery fee already. We also gave the delivery man another tip not knowing the price is already with fee.

Reservation:
We manually reserve our slot month before our selected date since the Jomax Peak website was done. They have new address now to make reservation.

Side trips
Making most of our time, we decided to take side trips. Unplanned side trips. Since the log in at Jomax Peak is 4pm, we have a lot of time for us.

The Ruins

DSB Pine Tree

We were asked if we want side trips so basically that's a YES. A payment of Php60.00 for habal-habal from Terraza Cafe, DSB Pine Tree and Lion Statue. At the time we arrived at the DSB Pine Tree, the Driver said that it'll be hard for us to  ride a bus at the Lion Statue so they suggested that we can add Php25.00 from Lion Statue back to DSB Pine Tree which we disagree because they just want us to pay more. We didn't agree and it came to the point that we just have to add Php15.00 per head.
